Monthly Meetings
The 34th District general membership usually meets on the second
Wednesday evening each month at the Hall at Fauntleroy, 9131 California
Avenue S.W., West Seattle, Washington. There is usually a potluck
social at 7:00 PM, with the business meeting starting at 7:30 PM.
Everyone is welcome - whether a dues-paying member or a visitor. The agenda is online.
The 34th District Democratic organization consists of all precinct
committee officers (PCO's) and dues-paying members in the district.
The organization is governed by formal by-laws. For some district
organization decisions and offices, only precinct committee officers
(PCO's) may vote. The district has a group of officers who are elected
every two years. The next election of officers in January, 2007. See the district organization page for more information.
Executive Board Meetings
The Executive Board consists of all elected officers and committee
chairs of the district organization. See by-laws. It meets once
a month - meeting dates are on the calendar page. All members
are welcome to attend Executive Board meetings. |
